Our inn is dedicated to providing a relaxing retreat for adults. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere where guests can enjoy their time together, we only accept guests who are elementary school age or older. Please note that our sister property next door, “Kamisuwa Onsen Shinyu,” welcomes children of all ages. In August 2022, we renovated eight guest rooms on the upper floors featuring open-air baths with views of Lake Suwa, ensuring an even more comfortable stay. If you are traveling with children, please consider staying at “Kamisuwa Onsen Shinyu.”
